Political Parties Stink!www.nincompoopParty.org
The NINCOMPOOP Party is launching because the U.S. Constitution’s vital limits to Government, the 9th and 10th Amendments, are effectively gone—no longer enforced by the Supreme Court, and a complete joke to the career politicians who plague our government. The two political parties are a national disgrace and disaster.
Career politicians are NINCOMPOOPs. And both political parties are POOP. We picked a name that calls both by their right names, and a platform built to flush them down the toilet where they belong.
Our irresponsible, perverted government, focused on maximizing its political power, is setting up American citizens for exploitation and annihilation in a collapse. There is protection for top government officials, while Executive Orders authorize government agencies to steal resources from private citizens whenever necessary to promote “Continuity of Government.”
As Peter Thiel, citing long-standing Washington D.C. humor, put it: “We have two parties in this country: there’s the evil party, the Democrats, and the stupid party, the Republicans.”
The Stupid Dunces (Republicans): know what’s right, talk about obeying and defending the Constitution, but don’t. The Evil Dunces (Democrats): know exactly why they’re destroying Constitutional limits to advance their power.
The NINCOMPOOP party is dedicated to destroying these evil and stupid dunce political parties and outlawing career politicians. We are not devoted to our party—political parties stink. We are devoted to the U.S. Constitution and real American Government—strictly limited to prioritize individual Natural Rights, not regulating our private affairs or funding divisive social programs. Only then can we stop unconstitutional social programs bankrupting and dividing the country, avoid civil war, and get government focused on its proper role of protecting us from threats we cannot handle on our own.

The American Revolution was not fought for representation or democracy, it was fought to institute a new American form of absolutely limited government to enable true liberty, inalienable Natural Rights to do what we want to do as long as we don’t harm others.
The limits to Government and protection of Natural Rights the Constitution was designed to protect have been destroyed by the “Perverted Triangle” of career politicians, government bureaucrats and lawyers.

American Government was also designed to run without a permanent political class. Rights come from nature, not from government. We want government by the People, the citizens—not the Career Politicians of the Perverted Triangle.
Two amendments to the United States Constitution, the Ninth and the Tenth, were designed to keep government small to allow the American form of government—free citizens with liberty to do what they want, limited only by the requirement not to harm others. But these vital limits to government abuse of power are functionally gone, dead.
The Supreme Court has refused to enforce them in any meaningful way for nearly a century.
The result is the government you see around you: bloated, unaccountable, indifferent to natural rights, and run by people who have been in office longer than half the country has been alive.
The NINCOMPOOP Party exists to bring these amendments and limits to government back to life and to remove the disgusting career politicians and stinking political parties that killed them—before they can kill us.
Most Americans have never read these three amendments. The career politicians count on that. We are going to fix it right now.
In plain English: the Bill of Rights is a partial list. You have hundreds of rights that were never written down because the Founders knew they could not list every freedom a human being is born with. You have the right to your personal property. Privacy. Self-defense. Making your own health care decisions. Doing what you want in your home and with your life as you alone choose—limited only by not causing harm to others who are walking the path they choose. They told us explicitly: do not assume that a right you do not see in the document does not exist. The federal government does not get to decide what rights you have. You came with them.
The Ninth Amendment is the constitutional vault door protecting every natural right not specifically named in the text. The Supreme Court has effectively welded it shut. Since the brief revival in Justice Goldberg’s 1965 concurrence in Griswold v. Connecticut, the Court has refused to use the Ninth Amendment as an independent shield against government overreach. The result: any right not specifically enumerated is treated, in practice, as if it does not exist — the exact opposite of what the amendment requires.
In plain English: the federal government has only the powers explicitly listed in the Constitution. Everything else belongs to the states or to you. There is no general federal authority to “do whatever is good for the country.” The Founders refused to grant that power because they knew it would lead to abuse of government power—exactly what has happened since FDR coerced the Supreme Court into abandoning Constitutional limits to government power.
Today, through tortured readings of the Commerce Clause, the Spending Clause, and the Necessary and Proper Clause, virtually any federal program can be justified. Charles Murray, in his book By the People: Rebuilding Liberty Without Permission (2015), traces this collapse of constitutional limits to a specific moment: the Supreme Court, under threats from FDR, capitulated in its 1937 decision in Helvering v. Davis, which upheld the Social Security Act by ruling that Congress can basically do whatever it wants to benefit “the general welfare” despite the 9th and 10th amendments. In United States v. Darby (1941), the Supreme Court dismissed the Tenth Amendment as “but a truism” — a legal way of saying it does nothing. The 10th Amendment has been illegally removed, and 99% of Americans don’t even realize it’s gone. The Second American Revolution that destroyed the Constitution, waged by the “Perverted Triangle” of career politicians, government bureaucrats, and lawyers, was successful without citizens knowing that American Government was being destroyed, their personal liberty wiped out.
Passed in 1868 after the Civil War, the Fourteenth Amendment did something the original Bill of Rights did not: it bound the states. Before the Fourteenth, the protections in the first ten amendments restrained only the federal government. A state government could violate your right to bear arms and your hundreds of unenumerated (unwritten) Natural Rights to use your private property as you choose and to make your own healthcare and personal decisions. The Fourteenth Amendment closed that loophole.
The American Revolution was not fought for representation. It was not fought for democracy. It was fought to institute a new form of absolutely limited government — a government whose sole legitimate purpose was to enable liberty: the inalienable natural right to do what you want with your own life, your own property, your own family, and your own conscience, so long as you do not harm others.
The Founders also designed the system to run without a permanent political class. They expected officeholders to serve briefly and return to private life. They limited the presidency to eight years because they assumed everyone else would be embarrassed to overstay. Two and a half centuries later, the embarrassment is gone and the careers are forever.
Your rights come from nature, not from Washington. The Ninth Amendment protects the ones the Founders did not have room to list. The Fourteenth Amendment binds every level of government to respect them. We will enforce both. No bureaucrat, no agency, no judge gets to decide whether your right exists. You came with it.
Adult citizens do not need federal supervision over their healthcare decisions, bank accounts, children’s education, family arrangements, or daily choices. The federal government exists to defend the borders, enforce contracts, and protect natural rights. It does not exist to issue parenting advice, curate language, manage what you eat, or substitute its judgment for yours. The Tenth Amendment says so. We will make it mean what it says.
Every officeholder swears one oath to one document. We expect them to keep it. Four decades of creative interpretation, regulatory drift, and selective enforcement have rendered that oath nearly meaningless. The NINCOMPOOPs will demand that every federal action be traceable to an enumerated power. If it cannot be traced, it cannot exist. The Constitution is not a suggestion box.
A free republic requires responsible, self-governing citizens — financially, morally, civically — before it requires anything else of government. We cannot legislate virtue. But we can stop the government from crushing it. Personal obligation to your family, your community, and the truth is the price of the freedom we are restoring. The government does not raise your children, manage your money, or save you from your own choices. You do. The NINCOMPOOPs simply stop the agencies that have been pretending otherwise.
Statutory term limits. Mandatory exit dates. Pension reform that ends the gravy train. A cultural reset that treats public office as a temporary inconvenience rather than a lifetime vocation. If you have held office longer than a president is allowed to hold the White House, you are not a public servant. You are a taxpayer-funded power grabber and a threat to Liberty.
The NINCOMPOOP Party is launched in partnership with the Collapse Survival Institute, a 501(c)(4) public policy advocacy group. The Institute exists because our unconstitutional, perverted government fails to do its proper, authorized job of preparing citizens to survive a major collapse disaster.
The case against government’s failure is laid out in detail in Dr./Col. Drew Miller’s book Preparing to Survive in the Age of Collapse: Political, Military, Foreign Policy, and Preparedness Reforms Vital for Our Survival. Chapter Six, The Government is Working to Kill Us, documents thirty specific examples of how government is killing citizens now and setting us up for annihilation in a collapse: refusing to harden the electric grid against EMP and cyberattack, ignoring the “inevitable” H5N1 pandemic, not stockpiling food for citizens’ survival while expanding government survival facilities, even authorizing seizure of private resources for the benefit of top government officials in a collapse. The book then makes the constitutional case for resistance in two chapters: Chapter Seventeen, Civil Disobedience is Justified to Stop Irresponsible, Unconstitutional Government that is Working to Kill Us, and Chapter Eighteen, Unless Governments Achieve Strong Controls of AI, Civil Disobedience is Vital to Stop AI. The book argues that when government has abandoned its constitutional duty to protect natural rights and citizen survival, the citizen’s duty is not compliance but principled, peaceful resistance.
The single biggest barrier to personal preparedness in America today is government itself, with unconstitutional regulations limiting Americans’ use of their private property and homes, growing crops and keeping livestock vital for collapse survival, and unconstitutional spending that is enriching government elites while bankrupting the country. A republic of responsible, self-governing citizens does not panic when the lights go out, but a nation of nannied dependents does. The Collapse Survival Institute and the NINCOMPOOP Party are both dedicated to restoring American personal liberty, returning government to its proper, limited role of protecting citizens against threats they cannot handle on their own.
The NINCOMPOOP Party is admittedly silly, a ploy to get attention for the vital mission of fixing our unconstitutional, deadly wrong system of government before it kills us. We have a serious, feasible proposal: “The Constitutional Alliance,” a proposed program to bring some of the hundreds of groups working to fix various parts of our perverted system of government together into an alliance pushing for an 80% acceptable plan to restore the 9th and 10th Amendments, get term limits, and other vital fixes. We must stop career politicians and restore the limits to government abuse of power in the Constitution that are no longer obeyed, restore personal liberty, end the unconstitutional government social programs that are bankrupting and pushing us towards civil war, and get limited government focused on its proper role of protecting citizens against threats we can’t handle on our own.
Details on The Constitutional Alliance are available at:
Americans are sharply divided on social issues and by the Evil and Stupid Dunce Parties. But we all agree our current political system STINKS and must be fixed. The poll below shows that over 90% of Americans are disgusted with our political system:

In his Farewell Address, George Washington condemned political parties as “potent engines by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.” He was right. John Adams called political parties “the greatest political evil under our Constitution.” Thomas Jefferson wrote, “If I could not go to heaven but with a political party, I would not go there at all.”
The Constitutional Alliance plan of government reforms calls for “The Constitution be amended to ban elections or any government activities using or referencing political parties.”
